Sebastien Siou is a Managing Director at Overbay Capital Partners and member of the investment team. Prior to Overbay, Sebastien was a Partner at Devon Park Advisors, where he advised sponsors on GP-led transactions and management company financings. Sebastien was also previously a Partner at Whitehorse Liquidity Partners and a senior member of the investment team at CPP Investments. Sebastien holds a BBA from the University of Toronto, a CPA, CA designation, and is a CFA Charterholder.
