Niki Khatami is the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Overbay Capital Partners, responsible for overseeing all aspects of legal and corporate secretary matters. Prior to Overbay, Niki was Associate General Counsel and Senior Director at Fiera Capital, Counsel at SLC Management, and an Associate at Blake, Cassels & Graydon LLP. Niki holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and a Bachelor of Science (Math and Economics) from the University of Toronto.
